Conditions of Use

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

• "Platform" means the pak399 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the pak399 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their pak399 Account in PKR.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by pak399, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency in which pak399 Accounts are denominated.
• "Approved Payment Methods" means Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, and any other payment channels pak399 designates from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options available within each Account.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the pak399 Platform constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules published on the Platform for specific games or promotions. These additional rules are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

pak399 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Amendments will be communicated by posting the updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must close your Account and withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance before the amendment's effective date.

3 Eligibility

To register a pak399 Account and use the Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pak399 is strictly an adults-only platform. The Platform is not intended for and must not be used by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee of pak399 or any of its affiliated entities or software providers.
• You must not have a pre-existing Account on the pak399 Platform. Each individual is permitted one Account only.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement currently in effect on the pak399 Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

4 Account Registration & Verification

To register a pak399 Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

pak399 may, at its sole discretion, require you to complete an identity verification process ("KYC") before permitting deposits, withdrawals, or continued Platform access. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. pak399 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Each player may hold only one Account on the pak399 Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the pak399 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak399 does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not apply currency conversion charges to player funds.

Deposits may be made through any Approved Payment Method currently listed in the pak399 cashier. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and may be updated by pak399 from time to time. pak399 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — you should confirm this with your payment provider directly.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, except where this is not technically feasible, in which case pak399 support will assist you in identifying a suitable alternative. pak399 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, though wallet-based methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay) typically complete within minutes.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Balances.
• pak399 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding 100,000 PKR per transaction.
• Funds in your Real Money Balance that have not been subject to any wagering activity may be withdrawn at any time without restriction, subject to identity verification requirements.
• pak399 will not process withdrawals to payment accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

pak399 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all pak399 bonuses:

• Each bonus offer is available to one Account per household, device, IP address, payment method, and email address.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Wagering Requirements must be satisfied before any portion of a Bonus Balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• pak399 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotion at any time if there is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse, or in response to technical errors that have caused incorrect bonus values to be issued.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Balances that exceed 5,000,000 PKR may be subject to additional review before withdrawal is approved.

7 Betting Rules & Casino Game Conduct

All bets placed and games played on the pak399 Platform are subject to the specific rules displayed within each game or betting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before participating.

For sports betting markets, including cricket (HBL Pakistan Super League and international matches), La Liga football, and all other sports available on the Platform:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or altered by the player except where a "Cash Out" feature is explicitly offered for the relevant market.
• pak399 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published with an error (e.g., incorrect odds due to a technical fault).
• Bets placed after the official start time of an event using pre-event (non-live) odds will be voided.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, pak399's decision, based on official result sources, shall be final.

For all casino games, including Live Casino, Jackpot Slots, and Cockfighting markets, the certified Random Number Generator (RNG) outcome for each game round is final. pak399 does not alter game outcomes after they have been determined by the RNG or live dealer.

pak399 reserves the right to void any game round or bet outcome where a technical error or software malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected the game result. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's Real Money Balance.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pak399 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal referral where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account (multi-accounting), or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false or misleading information during Account registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain credits or advantages not intended by pak399.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform.
• Attempting to circumvent any security, access control, or responsible gaming measure implemented on the Platform.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person for commercial or profit-sharing purposes ("syndicate betting") without prior written approval from pak399.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak399 Platform — including but not limited to the pak399 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of pak399 or its licensed technology partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform or its content without the prior written consent of pak399.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pak399 and its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use of the Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Interruptions to Platform access caused by technical failures, maintenance periods, telecommunications outages, or events beyond pak399's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security over your Account credentials.
• Inaccuracies in odds or game information arising from technical errors, provided pak399 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of such inaccuracies.

Nothing in this Agreement limits pak399's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

pak399 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming across Pakistan. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we provide a comprehensive suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following Responsible Gaming Tools are available to all pak399 Account holders at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session before you are automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month to prevent sustained losing streaks from escalating.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from the Platform for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pak399 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

pak399 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at pak399.pro/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to that data.

By registering a pak399 Account, you consent to pak399 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.

13 Amendments to This Agreement

pak399 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Agreement will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where reasonably practicable, notification will be sent to registered Account holders via email or in-platform messaging.

Changes to the Agreement do not apply retrospectively to bets already placed or bonuses already claimed under the previous version of the Agreement. They apply to all Platform activity commencing from the effective date of the amendment.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with its plain English meaning. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the pak399 Platform, you should first contact pak399 support to attempt informal resolution. pak399 commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, both parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

pak399 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the pak399 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
